Production and shipping of orders

We try to ship the goods as quickly as possible after receiving the order. However, most of our products are handmade after we receive your order. Therefore, average delivery takes 5-12 days.

Most deliveries of our goods are made by courier. This is because most of our products have dimensions and/or weights that are not suitable for parcel lockers.

We will send you a link to track the status of your package once we ship it from the courier company's branch.

To return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, contact us at .moc.liamg%40oc.syotanul Refunds will be made to the card from which the payment was made.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can resolve this.
